What will the next year bring in the auto industry? There are many new advances in auto technology, including electric car production as battery and charging stations become more efficient and easily accessible. We expect more development in autonomous, or self driving, vehicles and of course, the largest trend toward electric vehicle production to address climate change.
As Canada moves toward a zero emissions future with the design and manufacturing of electric vehicles, we will see more fueling stations being built in communities, and the installation of residential and commercial EV chargers. Canada’s Project Arrow is a new initiative to showcase our industry as the country’s first zero-emission concept vehicle. We are in phase three of this initiative now, with the design unveiling some time this year. 2023 will see the first release of the physical concept car. The goal here is to lead the transformation of Canada’s automotive sector from traditional fuel vehicle development to zero-emission vehicle development.
When will we see flying cars you ask? We’ve watched Bladerunner too, and although we don’t know when flying cars will appear on the scene, you can be sure our Red Seal mechanics will be up to date on the warranty demands and ready to serve you.
