I have been to a few shops around Kamloops to have various work done to my vehicles. I went in to have an alignment done on my truck and was greeted by Nicole with amazing customer service. Tim had done my alignment and when it seemed to be a little out he did it again for no charge making very minor adjustments. When I took the truck in it had a mystery “wobble” that 3 other shops could not identify, Autopro took the time to look over my truck from top to bottom seeming to take a personal interest in helping me. After some time, they did find what was causing this and fixed with for nothing more than cost of labour.
I have to say that I will be returning to this shop for all future repairs they are set up to deal with. It’s one thing to have great front-line customer service (Nicole) but it’s another to team that up with great, honest staff in the back. Thanks folks!
Kamloops AutoPro COVID-19 Safety Plan
We are working hard to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff. We are taking extra steps in our reception area and inside our customer’s vehicles.
Our Safety Plan includes:
Our technicians wear masks and wipe down steering wheels and vehicle controls both before and after the repairs.
We have installed a plexiglass shield in all customer reception areas between our service advisors and clients.
As per provincial guidelines, masks must be worn whenever clients are in our reception areas.
If our staff need to go around the plexiglass a mask will be worn and social distance will be maintained.
Customer keys will be deposited and picked up from a specific place.
Our credit card machines will be disinfected after every use.
We have posted signs that limit people to one customer group at a time, and that mask wearing is a must.
We have closed our washrooms to the public.
We wipe down contact surfaces regularly.
We have hand sanitizer available for customers and employees.
Part suppliers drop parts off in a specific location and deposit paperwork in a specific place so there is no contact.
